About The Founder
Legacy Disability was founded June 18th, 2022, by Daniel Groves. After many years of working for the Social Security Administration Daniel saw a need to help our citizens with disabilities obtain their benefits. Daniel has learned the skills needed to represent our clients through the process of obtaining SSI and SSDI. Daniel understands that you our clients come first.
First time applying for SSI/SSDI
Do you have a disability and dont know where to start or how to apply? Here at Legacy Disability, we will guide you through the process. You can focus on everyday life while we make sure your claim is moving along. We will guide your claim from starting the application all the way to the hearings level. We will fight for your rights.
Previously applied for SSI/SSDI before with no success?
If you have applied and was denied benefits, there is an opportunity to reapply. We will make sure that the reconsideration claim goes smoothly and will give you the best chance for approval. we will do all we can to make sure that the correct decision on your claim has been made.
